Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No, you are not required to make available to Section 8. -
Are you licensed?
Yes. -
Can I reach you after hours?
We have an emergency phone number that can be called should an emergency happen after hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes - Direct Deposit is available & preferred. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Upon request in your contract - typically we will take care of this on your behalf as your Agent. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes - we are a full service real estate agency, offering Sales, Long Term Rental Managment, HOA Management, & Appraisals. We also have an Insurance Department should you need their services. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Monthly & is typically direct deposited into your account. -
How is rent collection handled?
Tenants pay us & we will disburse rent monthly to you. If an eviction is needed, we will go to court on your behalf. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Minimum length of lease is one year, & can be made for longer depending on the situation. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically, it is equal to the first months rent. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage Single Family Homes, Apartment Complexes, Condos, Townhomes, & various Commercial Properties. Not sure if your property is able to be managed - please give us a call, as we can most likely help you in your journey. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Monthly Owner Reports are developed each month, showing income & expenses for the month. We prefer to email them to you, however, we can mail through the post office, if desired. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold tenant security deposits in a trust account that is specifically for holding these types of monies.
